Since 2012, we have organically built approximately 7,600 new towers in unique locations.  This year, we have already seen an increase in the number of collocation tenancies. Our tenancy ratio at the beginning of the year was 1.63 and it has improved to 1.71 as of the end of September.”

Total debt as of 30 September 2017, valuing USD loans at their hedged exchange rate, was Rp18,073 billion and gross senior debt was Rp12,130 billion while cash balances were Rp208 billion, resulting in net debt of Rp17,865 billion and net senior debt of Rp11,922 billion. “The strong cashflow generation of our business is driven by the visible, recurring revenue streams from our large Indonesian telco customers.  Our continued focus on operational efficiency has ensured that our margins have remained stable. Even with such robust top-line growth and the IRp665bn dividend paid earlier this year, our leverage has reduced to 4.9x.  We continue to adhere to a conservative strategy of hedging all of our debt,” commented Helmy Yusman Santoso, CFO of TBIG.
