Rasuna Said, Jakarta – 12940.  This announcement is made to fulfill the requirements under Article 49 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 51 of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Rule No. 15/POJK.04/2020 dated April 20, 2020 on the Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Public Company.
