PT Tower Bersama InfrastructureTbk (TBIG) Announces Its First Quarter 2026 Financial Performance

JAKARTA, 30 April 2026 - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. ("TBIG") today released its interim financial statements for the three months ended 31 March 2026.

Financial Highlights and Operational Indicators

During the three months ended 31 March 2026, TBIG generated revenue and EBITDA amounting to IDR1,718 billion and IDR1,465 billion, respectively. Using the first quarter 2025 results on an annualized basis, revenue and EBITDA reached IDR6,872 billion and IDR5,861 billion, respectively.

As of 31 March 2026, TBIG had 41,764 tenants and 24,666 telecommunication sites. The Company’s telecommunication sites comprised 24,558 telecommunication towers and 108 DAS networks. With total tower tenants amounting to 41,656 on tower sites, the Company’s tenancy ratio is 1.70x.

“We saw a meaningful pick-up in our order book in the first quarter of 2026, adding 808 gross tenancies to our portfolio, comprising 599 new telecommunication sites and 209 collocations. While net tenancy adds were impacted by non-renewals from the newly merged XLSmart, the underlying demand environment remains positive," commented Hardi Wijaya Liong, CEO of TBIG.

Total gross debt as of 31 March 2026, valuing USD loans at their hedged exchange rate, was IDR28,656 billion and gross senior debt was IDR5,367 billion. Cash balances as of 31 March 2026 were IDR778 billion, resulting in net debt of IDR27,877 billion and net senior debt of IDR4,589 billion. Using the first quarter 2026 annualized EBITDA, the net debt to EBITDA ratio is 4.8x and net senior debt to EBITDA ratio of 0.8x.

TBIG CFO, Helmy Yusman Santoso added, “In February 2026, we successfully priced a new series of IDR bonds and Sukuk issuances — including IDR700 billion in 1-year bonds at 4.85%, our most competitive rate to date. Combined with our relationships with many onshore IDR lenders, we have significant and diversified access to capital that underpins our ability to continue growing the business.”
