Information Disclosure of the Plan of Changes in Business Activity

This Information Disclosure is provided by the Company in connection with the planned changes to business activities to be carried out by PT Tower Bersama, which are controlled companies of the Company, involving the addition of business activities in Network Access Point which is part of KBLI:61107 to comply with the provisions of Article 32 in conjunction with Article 22 paragraph (1) subparagraph a of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 regarding Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities ("POJK 17/2020").
