In accordance with the Company’s Information Disclosure dated September 29, 2025 related to the Sale of Buyback Shares, we hereby inform you that the Company has sold the Buyback Shares of 350,330,400 shares to Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd on October 27, 2025.
