PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk Holds Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

JAKARTA, December 14, 2012 - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. ("TBIG") held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) today at the Le Meridien Hotel in Jakarta.  The Meeting was attended by the Company’s shareholders and achieved the required quorum.

Appointment of a New Commissioner
The EGMS approved the appointment of Mr.Wahyuni Bahar as an Independent Commissioner of the Company.  Mr. Wahyuni Bahar has more than 20 years experience in the field of law.  The membership of the Board of Commissioners are as follows:

Independent Commissioner: Mustofa
Independent Commissioner: Herry Tjahjana
Independent Commissioner: Wahyuni Bahar
