PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
JAKARTA, 31 May 2023 - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. ("TBIG") held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today at the Westin Hotel in Jakarta. The AGMS was attended by the Company’s shareholders primarily through proxy and e-proxy and achieved the required quorum.
The financial statements and Annual Report for the year ending 31 December 2022 were accepted, ratified as well as approved by the Company’s shareholders at the AGMS.
The AGMS approved the 2022 Final Cash Dividend of Rp800 billion, which is approximately 48.9% of 2022 Net Profit. Therefore, the allocation of Net Profit for Financial Year 2022 is as follows: Rp500 million allocated for general reserves, Rp800 billion allocated as 2022 Final Cash Dividend and the remaining amount allocated to Retained Earnings.
The 2022 Final Cash Dividend will be paid on 5 July 2023 to all shareholders on record as of the close of business on 14 June 2023 with cum dividend (last trading day entitled to receive dividend) on 12 June 2023.
The AGMS authorized the Board of Commissioners to appoint a Public Accountant to audit the Company’s Financial Statement for the Financial Year ending on 31 December 2023 (“Financial Year 2023”). The Board of Commissioners is also authorized to determine the salary and benefits for members of the Board of Directors as well as the salary or honorarium and benefits accorded to the Board of Commissioners for the Financial Year 2023.
