TBIG achieved remarkable success by winning three awards at the TOP CSR Awards 2025: TOP CSR #Star5, Golden Trophy, and TOP Leader on CSR Commitment for President Director Herman Setya Budi. The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta. The Golden Trophy was the highlight of the event, awarded to only nine companies that managed to maintain their #Star5 ranking for three consecutive years out of a total of 218 participants. The TOP CSR Awards 2025, themed “CSR for Sustainable Business Growth and Asta Cita Government Programs,” was attended by 700 participants from various companies, government agencies, and media outlets. 5th Indonesian Conference & Competition Occupational Safety & Health (ICC-OSH 2025)

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) successfully won a 5-star award at the 5th Indonesian Conference & Competition Occupational Safety & Health (ICC-OSH 2025) held by PT Wahana Kendali Mutu on May 26–28, 2025, in Palembang. Based on this year's Brand Finance Indonesia survey, Tower Bersama is on the list of "2018 Indonesia's 100 Most Valuable Brands". This prestigious award was received by TBIG on May 31, 2018 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta. This event was a collaboration between SWA Magazine, Brand Finance Indonesia and SWANETWORK. Brand value ranking is obtained from Brand Finance analysis of the Brand Streght Index (BSI) of each company that is in the ranking. The data used for the ranking is obtained from company information, Bloomberg, the company's annual report and research conducted by Brand Finance. Contact Center World 2018

TBIG won international awards at the Contact Center World 2018 (“CCW 2018”) which took place in Macau on July 20, 2018 attended by 1,500 participants from 50 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe and America. There were 14 countries registered from Asia Pacific with total of 178 participants passing the initial test and divided into 32 categories.
