Certificate ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System
TBIG obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification for Quality Management System on September 28, 2010, certified by SGS Indonesia. This certification has been updated to ISO 9001:2015 certification in July 2020, certified by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance). This certification reaffirms TBIG’s commitment to ensuring consistent service quality and continuous improvement in its business operations.
Certificate ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
TBIG obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification for Environmental Management System with the scope of Provision of wireless infrastructure services (operation & maintenance) certified by SGS Indonesia on April 19, 2013. This certification has been updated to ISO 14001:2015 certificate in August 2017 certified by LRQA (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance). Based on this certification, TBIG is committed to ensuring that the company's operations are in line with the principles of sustainable environmental management and strengthening stakeholder trust in the company's commitment to protecting the environment.
Certificate ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System
Pada tanggal 2-5 September 2013, TBIG telah dinilai oleh SGS Indonesia dan juga menunjukkan kinerjanya terhadap standar Pedoman Tanggung Jawab Sosial ISO 26000:2010. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, TBIG telah menerima sertifikat ISO 26000: 2010 yang dikeluarkan pada bulan Oktober 2013 dengan mendapatkan nilai “Advanced (4 of 5)” dalam implementasinya. TBIG melakukan assessment kedua pada tanggal 23 Juni 2021 oleh LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance). Sebagai perusahaan publik, TBIG menyadari sepenuhnya akan pentingnya mengintegrasikan bisnis dengan nilai tanggung jawab sosial yang berlaku. Tanggung jawab sosial tersebut harus didasarkan pada kepentingan seluruh pemangku kepentingan termasuk investor, pelanggan, karyawan, masyarakat dan lingkungan. TBIG has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification on April 2, 2022, certified by TUV Rheinland Indonesia. This certification has been upgraded to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 on February 19, 2024. TBIG demonstrates its commitment to implementing an Information Security Management System in accordance with national and international standards. With this system, TBIG ensures data protection, security risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable regulations to support reliable and trusted business operations.
Certificate ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
TBIG has obtained the ISO 22301:2019 certification from TUV Rheinland Indonesia on November 19, 2024, demonstrating its commitment to implementing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with international standards. With this certification, TBIG ensures its preparedness and resilience in facing operational disruptions, minimizing risks, and maintaining service continuity to support reliable and sustainable business operations.
Certificate ISO 14064:2018 Greenhouse Gas Emission Verification
On December 5, 2022, TBIG commenced verification of Greenhouse Gas Emission based on ISO 14064-1:2018 assessed by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) for its operations in 2021. Based on the assessment, TBIG demonstrated its commitment to implementing transparent, accurate, and sustainable greenhouse gas emission management practices to support climate change mitigation efforts and improve TBIG’s operational sustainability. This assessment is conducted annually to ensure that the greenhouse gas emission management practices are monitored properly and responsibly.
Certificate ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
TBIG obtained OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management System with the scope of Provision of Wireless Infrastructure Services certified by SGS Indonesia on January 20, 2012. This certification has been updated to ISO 45001:2018 certification in July 2020 certified by LRQA (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance). Based on this certification, TBIG demonstrates its commitment to safe work practices, improving occupational health and safety (OHS), reducing the risk of work accidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a healthier and more sustainable work environment.
Certificate ISO 26000:2010 Guidance on Social Responsibility
On September 2-5, 2013, TBIG was assessed by SGS Indonesia and also demonstrated its performance against the ISO 26000:2010 Social Responsibility Guidelines standard. Based on the assessment, TBIG received the ISO 26000:2010 certificate issued in October 2013 with an “Advanced (4 of 5)” score in its implementation. TBIG conducted the second assessment on June 23, 2021 by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance). As a public company, TBIG is fully aware of the importance of integrating business with applicable social responsibility values. Such social responsibility must be based on the interests of all stakeholders including investors, customers, employees, society and the environment.
Certificate ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System
On July 3, 2023, TBIG obtained the ISO 37001:2016 certification from TUV Rheinland Indonesia, demonstrating its commitment to implementing an Anti-Bribery Management System. This certification reaffirms TBIG's dedication to good governance, compliance, and transparency in its business operations. Certificate ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management
On October 10, 2024, TBIG was assessed by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) by demonstrating its commitment to implementing a Risk Management System in accordance with the ISO 31000:2018 standard. Based on this assessment, TBIG ensures systematic identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks to improve business resilience, support better decision-making, and maintain the sustainability of the company's operations.
Certificate SMK3 PP No. 50/2012 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
As a form of compliance with Indonesian Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012, TBIG has carried out the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) certification in accordance with PP No. 50/2012 on August 6, 2024, by TUV Rheinland Indonesia which shows its commitment to implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (K3), this certification reflects TBIG's dedication to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by minimizing workplace hazards, improving employee welfare, and complying with national regulations to encourage sustainable and responsible business operations.
