Corporate Secretary Profile

Helmy Yusman Santoso, an Indonesian citizen, has served as Director and Chief Financial Officer since March 2010. Prior to joining the Company in 2008, he was the President Director of PT Astra Auto Finance (part of the Astra Credit Companies Group, a joint venture with GE). He joined the Astra Group in 2002 as Head of the Treasury & Finance Division at PT Astra Sedaya Finance, where he led all fundraising activities. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1997, where he was the lead auditor for various financial consulting and corporate business projects. During his time at Arthur Andersen, he successfully managed several corporate restructuring projects, including the debt restructuring of Astra International and the merger of Bank Permata. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accounting from Trisakti University, Indonesia, and is a Chartered Accountant in Indonesia.

The Company has appointed Helmy Yusman Santoso as the Corporate Secretary based on Letter No. 157/TBG-TBI-001/FAL/01/VII/2010 dated July 8, 2010 regarding the Appointment of the Corporate Secretary of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk.
