Whistleblowing System

Background

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk and its subsidiaries (the "Company") are committed to consistently and continuously improve the implementation of Good Corporate Governance ("GCG") in every aspect of the Company's operations. One manifestation of this commitment is the establishment of procedures for a whistleblowing system, encompassing all processes related to violations within the Company.


Objective

This Procedure for Handling the Whistleblowing System is formulated to provide an opportunity for all stakeholders to convey information about indications of violations occurring within the Company, based on substantiated evidence and with good intentions for the Company's interests, without fear of any form of threat, intimidation, punishment, and/or unpleasant actions from any party.


Types of Reporting

This Whistleblowing System allows the Company to take necessary actions, including but not limited to disciplinary actions and termination of employment for responsible parties.

Whistleblowing with supported evidence that can be substantiated and could harm the Company includes:

  1. Violations of the Company's Code of Ethics, Culture & Regulations;

  2. Corruption, theft, extortion, fraud, bribery, and conflicts of interest;

  3. Gratuities; and/or

  4. Others

Reporting Requirements

Every whistleblowing report received will be verified by the GCG Implementation Control Team. Each whistleblowing report submitted by the Reporter must be:

  1. Based on attached and/or submitted supporting evidence;

  2. Subject to direct confirmation with the Whistleblower; and/or

  3. Subject to direct confirmation with relevant parties.

Protection for Whistleblowers

  1. Whistleblowers will receive adequate protection from the Company.

  2. The Company prohibits retaliation, discrimination, revenge, or harassment against the reporting whistleblowers.

  3. The Company will impose sanctions on employees who violate the above point a, in accordance with the applicable Company Culture & Regulations.

  4. If a Whistleblower feels threatened, discriminated against, retaliated against, or harassed due to their report, they can promptly report to the Company's GCG Implementation Control Team.
