In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 34/POJK.04/2014 dated December 8, 2014 regarding the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company has established a Nomination and Remuneration Committee in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations as stated in the Decision Letter Circular of the Board of Commissioners dated March 24, 2023, with the following composition of members:
