Risk management is an essential pillar of our corporate governance strategy and playing a vital role in the management of our business. We use risk management guidelines to assist in anticipating potential uncertainties and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies.

Demonstrating a proactive approach to risk management, TBIG was assessed by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) in October 2024 on its implementation of a Risk Management System in accordance with the ISO 31000:2018 standard. This assessment confirms TBIG’s capability to systematically identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, leading to improved business resilience, enhanced decision[1]making processes, and the sustained continuity of the Company’s operations.
