Sustainability and ESG Commitee
The Company has established a Sustainability and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) Committee in accordance with the Decision Letter Circular of the Board of Commissioners dated December 28, 2023, with the following composition of members

COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors in preparing a sustainable plan, strategy, initiative and policy for the Company
Ensuring that the Company has implemented sustainable program in environment, social and governance.
Understand and fullfil the needs of Shareholders and other Stakeholders in relation to sustainability and ESG
Ensuring the publication of Sustainability Report annually
