TBIG Berbagi Ramadan

Makassar, May 3, 2021 – The holy month of Ramadan is a month full of grace and blessings for Muslims around the world, various activities that benefit others are carried out during this holy month of Ramadan, including PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk ("TBIG") who participate in sharing kindness by holding "TBIG Berbagi Ramadan", which is an activity of distributing iftar packages for the community carried out by TBIG Regional Sulawesi colleagues with Partners.

Located in several places, namely at the Sulawesi Regional TBIG office, Kodim 1408/BS Makassar, orphanages and mosques, this event began with a joint prayer by TBIG colleagues with the hope that it would be given smoothly and could provide benefits to the community. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic limited direct social interaction, the distribution of iftar packages still received a warm welcome from the community and of course was carried out with strict health protocols. A total of hundreds of food packages for breaking the fast were distributed to underprivileged residents and also the surrounding community who passed by.

Andre Rusdi, as Area Operation Division Head – IV/Kalsulmalpua said, this activity is a form of TBIG's concern in sharing kindness as well as in order to establish friendship in the month of Ramadan. "Ahead of breaking the fast, we distribute iftar food packages around the Sulawesi Regional TBIG office and Kodim 1408/BS Makassar which are distributed to the community, the poor, and on the streets." He said.

The same thing was conveyed by the Regional Operation Maintenance Department Head – Sulawesi, Andri Potabuga "The distribution of food packages for breaking the fast is one of TBIG's efforts to ease the burden on the community, especially the poor in carrying out fasting in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, hopefully this activity will be a blessing, especially for TBIG and local residents."
