TBiG Contact Center Wins Two International Awards

Singapore, 28 Mei 2015 - On May 25 - May 28, 2015, Contact Center World, which is a global association of Contact Center practitioners, hold the 2015 Contact Center World Top Ranking Performer Awards, which is a competition and benchmarking for Contact Center activists in the Asia-Pacific region. This event takes place on an annual basis, and this time has reached the tenth year.

The event took place in a marathon. Begins with the opening from Raj Wadhwani, President of Contact Center World, followed by a presentation session from the finalists from various industries in the Asia Pacific region, including: Tower Bersama Group, Telkom Indonesia, Telkomsel, Indosat, BCA, Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, Astra Honda Motor, DHL, VADS, SMBC, to the Director General of Taxation Indonesia. The event closed with gala dinner and awarding for the winners. The whole series of events take place at the Hard Rock Hotel Sentosa, Singapore.

At the event, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (TBIG) managed to get two awards. Which is Silver Medal Winner for Best Contact Center Support Professional - Information Technology, and Silver Medal for the Best Technology Innovation - Internal Solution category.

The award was obtained through series of long process. Begins with Entry Award process at the end of 2014 ago, the judges then make the selection of application submitted by hundreds of applicants. Each applicant must be able to highlight interesting initiatives that have been implemented in the Contact Center unit of each company.

After going through a strict assessment, the jury decided that TBIG eligible to appear as a finalist in Singapore, to present the various initiatives that have been performed by TBIG to support contact center operations. Acting as a presenter from TBIG, namely Nur R. Saleh in the Best Contact Center Support Professional - Information Technology category, and Arya Andhika and Fanel Victor S. in the Best Technology Innovation - Internal Solution category. During preparation, the presenter TBIG also gets referrals from Fahmi S. Alatas, Translation Section Head TBIG, to be able to make presentations in English very well.
