TBIG Distributes Aid to Orphans and Elderly After Easter and Eid al-Fitr
Jakarta, April 27, 2025 - In the spirit of sharing after Easter and Eid al-Fitr, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) reaffirms its commitment to social responsibility by distributing assistance to orphans and the elderly in the company's operational areas.
This year, TBIG provided gifts of basic necessities to seven orphanages spread across Banten, DKI Jakarta, and West Java. This annual program titled Tali Kasih TBIG is one of the company's forms of concern for vulnerable groups in society.
“Through this activity, we want to continue to establish closeness with the community after the holidays, while strengthening the sense of togetherness and social care,” said Lie Si An, TBIG's Chief Business Support Officer. He added that this activity is a tangible manifestation of TBIG's commitment to have a positive impact on the social environment around its operational areas.
The aid distribution was carried out directly by Jabo Inner Regional Manager, Chandra Novian, and Jabo Outer Regional Manager, Nonot Arief, as TBIG representatives.
President Director of TBIG, Herman Setya Budi, said that social activities like this are part of the company's efforts to build long-term, mutually supportive relationships with surrounding communities. “We believe that TBIG's presence in various regions not only brings economic benefits, but also social benefits. Through activities like this, we want to grow with the community,” he said.
TBIG's Tali Kasih program is one of the company's ongoing initiatives in strengthening its corporate social role, especially during important religious and cultural moments.
