TBIG Win Awards Again In Indonesia Human Capital Study 2014

Jakarta, November 27, 2014 - TBIG won three awards in the Indonesia Human Capital Study 2014, namely: Best Of Human Capital Initiative On Performance Management System, Best Of Human Capital Index, Best Of CEO Commitment On Human Capital Development. TBIG compete with other major companies in Indonesia for this award, include Telkom, Garuda Indonesia, FIF Group, PLN, Wijaya Karya, Express Taxi, and others.

Indonesian Human Capital Study 2014 is the study of human capital management in the organization, which is organized by Dunamis Human Capital and Business News Indonesia Magazines. This event is presenting the results of studies on human capital at the same time giving appreciation to various companies from various industry sectors. The event, entitled "Winning The Best Talent Through Great Human Capital System Alignment" is held in the Rose Ballroom, Balai Kartini, Thursday (11/27/2014).

The results of the IHCS study are expected to become the benchmark to the approach, the process and results of the application of Human Capital System in organizations in Indonesia, so that the process of learning and transformation performed can run faster in the direction of their goals.

The study will be obtained IHCS Human Capital Index Norm from various industries in Indonesia. Thus, organizations will determine the extent to which they have met the expectations of its employees, through a survey method.
