TBiG's Handling Improvement Trouble Ticket (TT) Wins International Award
Board of Jury of the Team of Excellence Competition during the 20th Asia Pacific Quality Conference 2014 has decided, on November 25, to give Three Star Award to QCP Team Fast & Continuous of PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk for Trouble Ticket improvement on Emergency Cases.
Member of juries, which consists of international experts in the field of Total Quality Management, has evaluated the team’s project report and presentation and came out with the conclusion that such program brought significant impact with great sustainability for the company’s operation performance. The event took place at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on November 23-25, 2014.
During the event, organized by Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO), some 50 companies from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam and Thailand presented their innovative improvement they made for corporate operations to win One Star, Two Stars and Three Stars awards. Nevertheless, only few have won the highest achievements. Amongst them are: Petronas (Malaysia), PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk, Pertamina, PT Semen Indonesia, Petro Kimia Gresik, etc.
At the end of the session, a member of juries from Malaysia expressed his appreciation to QCP Team Fast & Continuous openly in front of the audience and observers witnessing the presentation. ”Thank You Fast & Continuous for great presentation, clear answers and very strong and technical content,” he cited.
Prior to the departure, Fast & Continuous attended a brief preparation facilitate by Management System Department. Despite brief preparation, the team has closed its debut in APQC with the highest result. TBIG QCP Team Fast & Continuous consist of Edward Hans, Durrachman, Nur Saleh, Selvia Chang, and Ode Helmi. The team crawled its way up from national level competition held in Medan on November 26 – 29, 2013. (FSA)
