Tower Bersama Group Finalizes Acquisition of Independent Tower Company

Jakarta, 9 August 2011 - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (“TBIG”) today signed the Final Sale and Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of PT Mitrayasa Sarana Informasi (“Infratel”), a privately owned independent telecommunications tower provider based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

“On 22 June 2011, we had announced the signing of the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement for this acquisition. After today’s signing of the Final Sale and Purchase Agreement, Infratel becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBIG”, stated Helmy Yusman Santoso, TBIG’s Finance Director, and Corporate Secretary. Infratel’s tower portfolio, which consists of 263 tower sites, 332 shelter-only sites, and around 672 tenancies plus an order book, immediately increases TBIG’s tenancies and revenues by more than 10%.
